Refund Policy
Our revision process includes checks and balances along the way making it nearly impossible to end up with a completed project that you do not like in the end! Clients who complete the process to the very end often remark that we have exceeded their expectations.
However, in the rare occasion that we encounter issues that may not be simple to resolve, resulting in an account cancellation, the following is our official refund policy.
First 24 Hours
If it has been less than 24 hours that you have made your initial payment, you may request a refund of all fees except for any completed domain name registrations; domain name registrations are secured immediately and your order is placed and may not be refunded under any circumstance. Once the 24 hours have lapsed, none of the initial fees paid are refundable.
After 24 Hours
If the 24 hours have elapsed and you still wish to submit your request for a full or partial refund, please contact us immediately. There are occasions where a refund does make sense, and we are willing to negotiate a fair arrangement. Not all such requests will result in a refund, but we are open to considering your request. Again, we want to always serve you with integrity and good faith.
A refund will NOT take place if any of the following statements are true:
- You have approved your project
- We have began working on your project and made more than 3 changes for you
- Your company closes, changes their name, or their activity
- The project was closed for reasons unrelated to our design or development work
- We do not hear back from you for more then 3 months
Charge backs and Returned Checks
Returned checks or bank drafts are assessed a $50 fee if they are returned unpaid for any reason. Charge backs or non-payment of initial fees after the first 48 hours will result in the cancellation of your account.

For any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have and even happier to correct any billing errors on our part. Please also review our billing policy.
